The Brooklyn Paper has a profile article about a local talent. She has played with Sufjan Stevens, who has a couple of super-fun albums about Michigan and Illinois. Originally, he said he'd record albums for all 50 states, but it seems his passion has waned. I think he should do an album all about Brooklyn. Shara Worden could help.
