If you enjoy taking in the drama of public hearings, there's something to do on Tuesday evening.
CB 7 will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 6th at 6:30 PM for "an application for an Eating Place Beer License for TCK, LLC located at 3901 2nd Avenue." Due to the wording, I'm not sure if it's a combined eating/beer license, or if they will be heard separately. I do know, however, that this is Peyton's Playpen Gentlemen's Club (the last surviving strip club - at least officially) location that CostCo customers pass.
I'm curious if it's changing or just re-newing. It has looked even more run-down than usual, but you never can tell. So, if you want to check it out and put in a good word for the place, here's your chance.
The hearing is at the Board Office, 4201 4th Avenue (entrance on 43rd Street).
