Variety on 4th Avenue
This little row of buildings on 4th Avenue at 38th Street shows that Sunset Park doesn't need to conform to any one style. While commenters on Brownstoner might stage a protest if you add gold paint to your cornice in Park Slope, here you can choose colors and styles to your heart's content. The white building actually has half-circle over-the-window decorations. None of these is particularly bizarre, but next to each other, they make for a funky bunch.
