González (D-Sunset Park) sent a strong letter to Buildings Commissioner Robert LiMandri, officially requesting a moratorium on the issuance of new building permits for the area bounded by the Sunset Park Zoning Study, until the City Council votes on the proposal and the ULURP process is complete.
