FYI, the house on 41st st has dropped its price a few times. It was first on the market at $1.1 million. Then $999K, then $899K, and most recently, $895K. Just sayin'
Thanks LizD. Last spring I called and they said 895K. Good to hear they are being reasonable now. ;)
44th and 5th has a building (the one right next to the corner SRO-type-building) going for 1.145K. For sale by owner. Yeah.
