Sunset Park House is Most Expensive in New Brownstoner Feature

Yesterday, Brownstoner's new Under A Million feature topped it off with a Sunset Park house that sold for $763,000. Compared to the $730,000 condo in Fort Greene with half the footage, it's a pretty good deal.
