Cuban, Dominican, Ecuadorian, Peruvian? Who cares as long as the food is delicious, right? Well, some might care - based on what they hope is on the menu. However, the food Three and a Half Ginger is serving (whatever the country that inspired it) is really yummy according to at least one customer.

Why not just ask the owner what kind of food it is?
That's been done several times. The first time we were told Argentinian steakhouse, the second time Peruvian, and you can see the Chowhound comments about other experiences.
The awning says Comida Hispana Peruana y Americana. I think that covers it.
