Another Missing Dog

What's up with all the lost/missing dogs lately? Is someone holding them for ransom, or are people just getting careless? This dog, missing from 20th Street since August 3rd, is named Maya and needs medication. The dog's humans are reaching far and wide; this sign was on 8th Avenue in the 50's.

Dog Found by the Park

This little guy (yes it's a boy) was found yesterday by a neighbor. The dog was wandering without collar or other identification on 44th Street by Sunset Park. He was taken (or my neighbor intended to take him) to the NYC Animal Shelter on Linden Blvd in East New York. She said he was older and needed a bath, but other than that, he looked in decent condition.

Lost Dog Found

Lost Dog: Sophie

I'm not sure how recent these are, but the signs looked fresh. They were on 44th between 6th and 7th. Have you seen Sophie?

Lost Dog: Bessie

These signs are on all the way from the 30's in 4th Avenue to the 40's on 5th Avenue and beyond. This may be late since the sign says the dog was last seen on July 24th, but it's worth a try. The signs look pretty recent, still. Call 908 591 0006 with information about Bessie. Cash reward is available, and unlimited karma will come your way. Don't worry, the area code is only in Northern NJ (I had to look that up).

Lost Dog - posted in the 50's and 7th Avenue

Lots of lost dogs out there. My cynical self always thinks the worst...since most of them are of the small sort. Here's the info:

Color: White with spots of brown

Last seen on 7th and 50th. The dog wears a baby blue collar with a "D"

Perro Perdido - Lost Dog in Sunset Park

This sign went up either late yesterday or early today around the Park. The reward is $100, but your Good Karma will go up to astronomical levels.

The dog's name is Titi, and she has short, white, curly hair. There are a lot of dogs that look very similar to her around the park. If you've seen the dog, or if you have any information, please call the owners. A lost dog is heartbreaking!
