Not every place is closing or leaving the neighborhood. Taking up the space that formerly housed another Mexican restaurant, Las Cazuelas has opened up with a new look, a flashier sign, and curtains. It's on 47th and 7th. At least stop in and order a quesadilla and a drink. You don't have to fight the crowds on 5th Avenue, that's for sure.
