Potential New Restaurant: Steak House

I noticed this sign on 5th Avenue and 42nd weeks ago, but then the shutters were down for a while and I figured it was down for the count. On Wednesday, the shutters were back up and the door was open. My neighbor went inside while I snapped a photo. It will be a steakhouse, perhaps Argentinian, and they are working to set it up now. I don't know. Judging from the sign, it might be a while.

Anyone know more about this location?
