The last in a five-week series of free events for kids is this Wednesday, the 6th of August. As always, beginning at 10:30 AM sharp, Cinderella Samba will entertain the children and their adults with music and puppets that reinvent the classic fairytale. A puppet making workshop will also be offered at 9:30 AM! The presentations are near the game tables/playground area, and event-goers are advised to bring a blanket or chair to sit on and some water (or other appropriate refreshment) to drink.
The last time Cinderella Samba landed at Sunset Park, a great time was had by all. Seeing it outdoors will be even more pleasant than in the Rec Center, I'm sure.
The free events are brought to us by the City Parks Foundation in cooperation with: Friends of Sunset Park and City of New York -Parks and Recreation.
