The Cobble Hill Association's blog has the background and time-line for January 4th Memorial Bicycle Ride "to remember everyone killed while cycling in the past year." They have the Brooklyn portion posted on their blog, but at 12:45 PM on the 4th, participants will gather at the top of Sunset Park's Hill - meaning the 6th Avenue area. The first stop after gathering is Sunset Park's only stop on the memorial ride: 54th and 7th Avenue. It is to remember Pedro Fernandez-Pacheco.
