What $100 Gets You in Sunset Park



At least, I think that's what it says across this bespectacled Tweety's forehead.  He was hanging (maybe still is) by the 5th Avenue side of the park.  Poor guy.  Reminds me of when I found this.

Actually it says " % 100" which makes even less sense.
